- Arron Hendy has been appointed editor at The Argus. He was previously assistant news editor at the title
- Hugh Montgomery is set to join the Telegraph Media Group as deputy head of culture from 13 February. He joins from the i Paper where he was deputy arts editor
- Martin Doyle has been appointed books editor at the Irish Times
- Caroline McGuire has been appointed digital travel editor at Sun Online
- Daniel Holland has been appointed politics reporter at the Bolton News
- Becky Barnes has been appointed social media editor at Huffington Post UK. She was previously a journalist at the Press Association
- Matt Aldus has been appointed social media editor at the Bristol Post
- Alex Grove has been appointed reporter at the Hull Daily Mail. He was previously a reporter at the North West Evening Mail
- The Sheffield Telegraph has a new look. The revamped title now includes an extended business section, a new look property guide and a 24 page lifestyle supplement
- The Gazette (Middlesborough) is set to vacate its current premises on Borough Road for a new location at Hudson Quay. They hope to complete the move by the middle of April

- Harry Mount has been appointed editor at The Oldie. He replaces former editor Alexander Chancellor who passed away last week
- Scarlett Russell has been appointed acting entertainment director at Red magazine covering for Rosamund Dean, who will be on maternity leave from 13 February. Scarlett was previously a freelance entertainment journalist. She has also held roles including acting entertainment editor at InStyle and entertainment editor at Grazia
- George Driver has been appointed digital beauty editor at ELLE.UK.COM and takes up her role on the 13 February. She was previously digital beauty editor at InStyle.co.uk
- Jonathan Hatfull has been appointed editor at SciFiNow and took up the role from 1 February
- Helen Daly has been appointed TV reporter at the EXPRESS (Online)
- Cydney Yeates has been appointed TV reporter at the Daily Star Online
- Jemima Cousins has been promoted to deputy editor at Black Beauty & Hair. She was previously production and sub editor at the title
- Olivia Hubbard has been appointed features editor at Fitpro. She was previously a features writer at the title
- Katie McCabe has been appointed senior events writer at Time Out London. She was previously the editor at Artists & Illustrators magazine
- Aisha Nozari has been appointed editorial assistant at PHOENIX
