• Johnston Press has named Frank O’Donnell as the new editorial director of The Scotsman. Frank, currently director of digital content for Johnston Press, will take charge at the flagship title – as well as Edinburgh Evening News and Scotland on Sunday – on 18th April
• Sean Dunne, has announced via Twitter, that he is joining the Irish Times next month. Sean is currently a senior reporter at the Irish Mail on Sunday
• Gavin Allen has been appointed assistant editor at Mirror Online. He was previously homepage editor at the site
• Emily Purser, currently acting deputy head of politics at Sky News, is moving to America in the summer to run the Washington bureau
• David Raven has been appointed deputy executive editor (live news) at the Liverpool Echo. He was previously deputy news editor at the Mirror Online
• Maxine Mawhinney has left her role as presenter at BBC News to go freelance

• Jack Maidment has been appointed political correspondent at the Daily Telegraph. He was previously a political reporter at the Press Association
• Natasha Clark has been appointed digital Westminster correspondent at the Sun Online. She was previously a reporter at the Times’ Red Box
• Loughlan Campbell has been appointed political reporter at The News (Portsmouth), covering local government from Denmead to Southsea

• Edward Enninful has been appointed the new editor at Vogue replacing Alexandra Shulman. Edward arrives at the title from his position as fashion and creative director at W Magazine, where he has been since 2011. He will start his new role on August 1
• Hannah Nathanson has been appointed acting content director at Elle. She was previously commissioning editor at the title
• Kiara Keane has been appointed social media manager at Harper’s Bazaar. She was previously the social media assistant at the Independent
• Lucy Thorp has been appointed content manager at MR PORTER. She was previously deputy chief sub editor at the site
• Dominic Cadogan has been appointed fashion editorial assistant at Dazed Digital

• Jess Hurrell has been appointed contributing interiors editor at Cosmopolitan
• Katy Mclean decorating editor at English Home has returned from maternity leave. She will be in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays
