• Craig Galloway has been appointed editor at Metro – Scotland. Craig was previously sports editor at the title. In addition, Brendan Croft has been promoted to sports editor from his previous role as deputy sports editor
• The Revd Earl Storey has been named as the new editor at the Church of Ireland Gazette. He takes up his new position on June 1 and replaces the current editor the Revd Canon Ian Ellis who is stepping down after 16 years at the title
• David Mercer has been appointed news editor at the PRESS ASSOCIATION. He was previously Los Angeles correspondent at the news service
• Sarah Mooney has been appointed associate features editor (production) at the Sun Online

• Rachel Hall has been appointed editor at the Guardian Higher Education Network. She was previously a public policy journalist at HE and Research Fortnight

Media & Communications

• Seb Joseph has been named as brands editor at DIGIDAY. He is currently news editor at The Drum and takes up his new role on June 5

• Claire Beeson has been appointed editor at Light & Sound International. She was previously acting editor at the title and has also held the role of deputy editor
• Martin Wharmby has been appointed editor at TOMORROW’S CLEANING. He was previously video games editor at MyM
• Stephanie Baxter has been promoted to deputy editor at Professional Pensions. She was previously news editor at the title
• There have been a couple of appointments at Professional Engineering. Amit Katwala has been appointed technology features editor at the title. Amit was a former senior writer at Sport magazine. In addition, Joseph Flaig has been appointed news and features reporter at Professional Engineering. Joseph was previously a senior reporter at the Epping Forest Guardian
• Andy McCue has been appointed business editor at Yorkshire Business Insider
• Jack Courtez has been appointed news editor at Retail Express. He was previously news editor at Mobile Magazine
• Josh Downes has been appointed junior reporter at Utility Week

• Neil Clark has been appointed staff reporter at TCE

• There have been a couple of changes at Glamour. James Williams has been appointed deputy editor at the title. He was previously associate director at the title. In addition, Helen Whitaker has been promoted to entertainment director from her previous role as entertainment editor
• Bridget March has returned from maternity leave and is now digital beauty editor at Harper’s Bazaar. She was previously digital beauty editor at cosmopolitan.co.uk
• Hannah Faulder has been appointed editor across Your Bristol & Somerset Wedding and Your Cheshire & Merseyside Wedding magazines
• Claire Muffett-Reece has been appointed editor at Your North East Wedding
• There have been a number of changes at the London Evening Standard’s fashion team.
