Robert Goodwill has been appointed Minister of State for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (more info).
Clare Moriarty will replace Philip Rycroft as Permanent Secretary at the Department for Exiting the European Union at the end of March (more info).
Tamara Finkelstein will replace Clare Moriarty as Permanent Secretary at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs at the end of March, this will be on an interim basis (more info).
Tim Eggar has been appointed as Chair of the Oil and Gas Authority (more info).
Richard Lloyd has been appointed Non-Executive Director at the Financial Conduct Authority (more info).
