  Government

Robert Goodwill has been appointed Minister of State for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (more info).

Clare Moriarty will replace Philip Rycroft as Permanent Secretary at the Department for Exiting the European Union at the end of March (more info).

Tamara Finkelstein will replace Clare Moriarty as Permanent Secretary at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs at the end of March, this will be on an interim basis (more info).

Tim Eggar has been appointed as Chair of the Oil and Gas Authority (more info).

Richard Lloyd has been appointed Non-Executive Director at the Financial Conduct Authority (more info).

Baroness Hogg has been reappointed Non-Executive Director at the Financial Conduct Authority (more info).

Amelia Fletcher has had her term as Non-Executive Director at the Financial Conduct Authority extended (more info).

Carolyn Battersby has been appointed the shareholder appointed Non-Executive Director of Highways England (more info).

Roger Lowe has been reappointed as Non-Executive Director to the Board of Highways England (more info).

David Abbott, Paul Crook, Owen Derbyshire and Liz Owen have been appointed to the Legal Services Consumer Panel (more info).

Paddy Harte has been appointed Chair of the Board of the International Fund for Ireland (more info).

Sadie Ward-McDermott, Avila Kilmurray, Allen McAdam, Richard O’Rawe, Bernie Butler and Hilary Singleton have been appointed to the Board of the International Fund for Ireland (more info).

Koulla Yiasouma has been reappointed Commissioner for Children and Young People for Northern Ireland (more info).

Neil Rennick has been appointed Chair of the Scottish Government Expert Payment Advisory Panel (more info).

Professor Graeme Roy, Professor Emeritus Frank Stephen, Ruth Innes QC, Ronaldo Renucci QC, Ross Yuill, Ian Moir, Mark Thorley, Paul Brown, Raymond McMenamin, Colin Lancaster have been appponted members of the Scottish Government Expert Payment Advisory Panel (more info).

John Pearce has been appointed Chair to the Board of Community Health Councils (more info).

House of Commons

Liz Saville Roberts replaces Philippa Whitford as a member of the Joint Committee on the Draft Domestic Abuse Bill (more info).

House of Lords

Lord Bhattacharyya died on the 1st March (more info).

Lord Davies of Coity died on the 4th March (more info).

Baroness Armstrong of Hill Top, Lord Farmer, Lord Ponsonby of Shulbrede, Baroness Bertin and Lord Blair of Broughton have been appointed to the Joint Committee on the Draft Domestic Abuse Bill.
