Julie Kirkbride, Hamid Patel CBE, Martin Spencer, Carole Stott MBE, Baroness Laura Wyld have all been appointed as the non-executive board members of the Ofsted Board.
Gordon Kenneth Stephen Leckie was appointed as Her Majesty’s Lord-Lieutenant for Perth and Kinross.
Simon Dingemans has been appointed as the new Chair of Financial Reporting Council, and will begin this position in Autumn 2019.
Baroness Ruby McGregor-Smith was appointed as Chair to the Office for Tackling Injustices.
Imam Qari Asim MBE has been appointed as an independent adviser to help tackle Islamophobia.

The Rt Hon Lord Reed has been appointed as the President of the Supreme Court of the United Kingdom, succeeding Baroness Hale of Richmond. He will begin this role on 11 January 2020.
Lord Justice Hamblen, Lord Justice Leggatt and Professor Andrew Burrows were all appointed as Justices, and will join the Supreme Court on 13 January, 21 April and 2 June 2020 respectively.
