UK Government

Jon Loveday has been appointed new Director of Infrastructure, Enterprise and Growth at the Infrastructure and Projects Authority.

Dipesh J Shah will replace Colin Matthews as Chair of Highways England.

Melissa Tatton will become Interim Group Director, Corporate at Ofcom in September.

Sarah Munby became Permanent Secretary for the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy on 20 July.

Mark Babington has been appointed Executive Director, Regulatory Standards, on the Financial Reporting Council. Alex Kuczynski has been appointed Executive Director, Corporate Services and General Counsel.

Mark White will replace Christine Tacon as Adjudicator at the Groceries Code Adjudicator later in the year. In the interim he will work alongside her as Deputy.

Melissa Tatton will stand down as Valuation Office Agency Chief Executive at HMRC.

The Attorney General is seeking to appoint the next Chief Inspector of the Crown Prosecution Service.

House of Commons

Elliot Colburn has replaced Nickie Aiken as a member of the Women and Equalities Committee.

Gareth Bacon has replaced Nickie Aiken as a member of the Backbench Business Committee.

Ian Levy has replaced Daniel Kawczynski as a member of the Housing, Communities and Local Government Committee.

James Gray and Douglas Ross have replaced Anthony Mangnall and Gary Sambrook as members of the Procedure Committee.

House of Lords

Lord Morris of Handsworth (Labour, life peer) has retired.

Northern Ireland Executive

Marina Gibbs has been reappointed as a lay member of the Legal Services Board. Flora Page and Stephen Gowland have been appointed as non-lay members.
