James Gray and Douglas Ross have replaced Anthony Mangnall and Gary Sambrook as members of the Procedure Committee.

Northern Ireland Executive
Marina Gibbs has been reappointed as a lay member of the Legal Services Board. Flora Page and Stephen Gowland have been appointed as non-lay members.
