  Government departments

Mike Dailly and Ann Harris have been appointed as non-executive directors to the Board of the Single Financial Guidance Body at the Department for Work and Pensions (more info).

Richard Judge has stepped down as Chief Executive of the Health and Safety Executive at the Department for Work and Pensions (more info).

Clive Scrivener has been appointed as the first permanent non-executive chair of the Vehicle Certification Agency at the Department for Transport (more info).

Declan Collier has been named as the preferred candidate for Chair of the Office of Rail and Road at the Department for Transport (more info). 

Joel Bamford and Colin Raftery have been appointed as Senior Directors of Mergers at the Competition and Markets Authority (more info).

The House of Commons returns from recess Tuesday 4th September.
