Government departments
Conservative MP John Hayes has been granted a knighthood by the Queen (more info).
Conservative MP Christopher Pincher and Labour MP Mark Tami have been appointed members of the Privy Council (more info).
The Queen has appointed Right Reverend Jonathan Hugh Frost as the Dean of York (more info).
Julian Ashby is standing down as Chair of the Regulation Committee within the Regulator of Social Housing at the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (more info).
Michael Sheldon has been appointed as Deputy Chair of the Sea Fish Industry Authority at the Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs (more info).
House of Commons
Chris Green has replaced Kirstene Hair as a member of the Home Affairs Committee.
Jack Lopresti has replaced Simon Hoare as a member of the Welsh Affairs Committee.
Anna Soubry has replaced Kirstene Hair as a member of the Women and Equalities Committee.
Derek Thomas has replaced Justin Tomlinson as a member of the Work and Pensions Committee.
Jess Phillips has replaced Sir Kevin Barron as a member of the Committee of Privileges.
Bill Wiggin has replaced Ruth Cadbury as a member of the Justice Committee.

Welsh Labour
Jenny Rathbone has been suspended from the Labour Group pending a decision by the UK Labour Party under its disciplinary procedures.
European Parliament
This week, the European Parliament will be in Strasbourg for Plenary sessions, Committee meetings and Group meetings.
