Lord Pickles has been announced as the government’s preferred candidate as the chair of the Advisory Committee on Business Appointments (ACOBA).
Rev’d Dr Andrew Neil Emerton is to succeed the Right Reverend Anthony Porter to the Suffragan See of Sherwood. Anthony Porter is due to retire on the 22 March.
Christine Elliott appointed interim Chair of the College of Policing, replacing outgoing chair Millie Banerjee CBE.
Peter Lauener appointed Chair of the Student Loans Company
Barry Panayi confirmed as Non-Executive Director at the Office of Gas and Electricity Markets (Ofgem).
The Secretary of State for Justice has announced the reappointment of Andrew Dickerson and Paul West as members of the Prison Service Pay Review Body
The Secretary of State has reappointed Pat Butler as a Governor of the British Film Institute for a period of one year from 18 February 2020 to 17 February 2021.
The Secretary of State has reappointed Lord Risby as Board Member of the Horserace Betting Levy Board for a period of 2 years, from 1st January 2020 to 31st December 2021.
Paul Howell has replaced John Howell as a member of the Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy Committee.

Theo Clarke appointed as chair of the Work of the Independent Commission for Aid Impact Sub-committee. Richard Bacon, Sarah Champion, Kate Osamor and Dan Poulter have been appointed as members. Chris Law has been reappointed.
Neil Bibby appointed as a member of the Public Audit and Post-Legislative Scrutiny Committee.
Stephen Boyle has been nominated to replace Caroline Gardner as Auditor General, for Audit Scotland.
