Today’s advent blogger is Paul Staines, author of Guido Fawkes. In 2013, Guido Fawkes was named first in the Top 10 UK Political Blogs and his media blog, Media Guido, was second in the Top 10 UK Journalism Blogs. Paul Staines’ blog is one of the most influential in the UK. He also writes a column for The Sun on Sunday.

What is the worst Christmas present you have ever received?
One Christmas Eve not so long ago Jemima Khan and Zac Goldsmith injuncted me and alleged I hacked Sheherazade Goldsmith’s email account. Was a little concerning.

What’s your new year’s resolution?
Diet. Boring, I know.
