Breakfast Club with The Sunday Times, HuffPost speakers
It was a full house at London’s Frontline Club on Tuesday for Cision’s Breakfast Club. Oliver Thring, News Review assistant editor for The Sunday Times and Poorna Bell, lifestyle editor for The Huffington Post addressed an audience of nearly 50 communications professionals on best PR practices, prominent trends in the media industry and the influence of digital networks in journalism today.
The discussion, aimed at giving PRs a platform to interact with journalists was moderated by Cision’s Jake O’Neill and proved successful in helping and informing attendees.
The panelists used personal anecdotes and shared experiences to back their views which contributed to a lively discussion, followed by successful Q&A and networking sessions.
