Vuelio acquires assets of Cision UK
Vuelio strengthens its portfolio with the acquisition of the UK operations of the world’s biggest PR software business.
As of the 24th of June 2015, Vuelio, completed the acquisition of the UK operations of the global PR software giant Cision. With Cision and Vocus having already combined UK businesses late last year, the move brings together three pioneers in communications software, creating an unrivalled portfolio of products and services to serve the modern public relations and public affairs professional throughout the UK and Europe.
As part of the agreement, Vuelio will now become the exclusive provider of CisionPoint and Vocus PR software in the UK, providing full and comprehensive support for both products
All customers will see benefits from day one. Users of all three platforms gain access to new data sets and a broader range of reputation management tools, while Cision and Vocus clients will further benefit from Vuelio’s exceptional customer service – responsible for a 90 per cent retention rate.
